Thanks. Do you know if the waves all came out the same day or over the course of days/weeks?

If I remember correctly there were a couple of waves the same day, like just a delayed sending schedule. Then the next official wave came a week or two later but it was a much smaller wave.

I don't know about the last few bids, but I know in 2016, HR sent out TOLs in waves. They started going out late December and I didn't get one until The second week in Febuary.
