"Did not realize when I was filling out the USAjobs application that they would be emailing TOLs to my email. The email that I use, frequently rejects emails that it does not recognize. Gave HR a call and explained this to them, she tried to check the status of my application but said she's unable to and that the emails should be going out throughout the day. I asked her when they would be done going out and when I should call back by in case my email did not go through and she told me by Wednesday. Since tomorrow is Saturday/Sunday, Monday/Tuesday is a holiday and then it's Wednesday, it seems to me that today is when most, if not all the TOLs will be sent out. " -porndorasexy
 
Can someone answer the question on clearances? I know DOD clearances don’t transfer equally, but all ATC requires is a public trust, correct? I already have a current and valid public trust with DHS, so will that transfer to DOT?

Look at the thread MJ just linked above. Idk about terminal, but for enroute you will get a secret clearance.

sitting here in my apartment in OKC and going...wait...what?

Question for those in the know - I saw the rumors of another OTS bid from 1/10-1/15. Would that bid get delayed if the shutdown happens? I only ask because I turn 31 on the 17th, and if I don’t get a TOL from this bid, that would be the dagger to end all daggers.
