Cataract in my right eye, amblyopia in my left eye. Pretty much my left eye was only correctable up to 20/30. Came from the N90 bid, so I've been waiting a while.

So HR is going to switch you out of the N90 track and put you into enroute?

Yep, already did, I had to make a decision on which track I wanted after I was offered this one.

EDIT: I technically can still work tracon. Just not terminal.

Just set up my background interview.. Apparently it is time sensitive and they need to have it finished by next Tuesday they said. Curious why the rush, but didn't ask.

Yeah, it's a bit confusing to me; the letter states, "You will be eligible for Tracon or Center facility only, not a Terminal position."

When I had my phone interview, the investigator said his report deadline was in two days. Apparently OPM gives the 3rd party a deadline to file.

I also just set up my background interview. Called me at 11a and wanted to schedule it for noon same day at my work. Good thing my boss is nice.

Yeah I couldn't do it at my workplace. Had to take PTO to have it done which sucks. Wish they would have contacted earlier

Strange...I think you should get clarification on that. Last thing you want in 5-10 years is to be selected for another facility and then told you can't go.

I think they meant you can't work at a tower, but I'd definitely ask for clarification since TRACON is terminal.

Just to add to the conversation from like 10 pages ago, me and a fellow classmate were told we were "best qualified" but haven't received TOLs yet. So that's a thing.
Also the HR lady said they're still keeping the list open and may send out more TOLs soon.
She also said there may be another bid soon. But who knows what "soon" means. lol

I'm in the same exact boat as you. Found out I'm also in the best qualified band and she told me the same thing about TOL's and the next bid. I'm hopeful that they might send a few more TOL's out before they close this bid entirely but I won't be placing any bets on it. Looks like I'll be refreshing my email every 5 minutes still uggh

Its fun for me at this point. I keep my email open on my computer at work all day now and every time I see a new email, the spark stays alive haha

Also, I'm not going to call them. Schrodinger's ATSA score, as long as I don't call, its Well Qualified hahaha

What did they ask for? I had to send mine as well. They specifically wanted my treatment records from the VA as well as my pharmacy history. So I just sent my entire file. Still waiting on word.

Thats strange. I got no request for medical records. I hope my med POC didnt fuck something up. Imagine getting an email saying they needed them after 6+ months

I have a disability rating so I'm thinking it's because of that. If you don't or they didn't ask, you should be fine. I hope especially after 6 months lol
