With that being done, call your HR POC who sent you your TOL, let them know you have not received your FOL yet, your ATM coordinated X as the date and if there's anything you can do to help assist in the process.

Is anyone else's release date later than expected? I was given April 28th, 2019 after being selected on the April 12th, 2018 bid. I thought this couldn't be over a year?

It's how the pay periods line up, April 28th, 2019 is the longest release date allowable for the April 12th panel.

For the April panel Cat 1 releases were July 22nd, 2018, Cat 2 were April 28th, 2019.
