Palate cleansing, what was the best band you ever saw live, not necessarily your favorite band but the one you left with just a sense of awe at what you just saw
Tool! I didn’t really know who they were and was invited by a friend. Went out and bought all their albums the next day!Palate cleansing, what was the best band you ever saw live, not necessarily your favorite band but the one you left with just a sense of awe at what you just saw

If you’ve never seen Muse live, I highly recommend it. I’ve seen them 4 times and they never fail to put on a show. It’s a full experience beyond a concert.Palate cleansing, what was the best band you ever saw live, not necessarily your favorite band but the one you left with just a sense of awe at what you just saw
I’d love to see Muse. I started listening to them very late lol, but it’s my radio station on the streaming apps.If you’ve never seen Muse live, I highly recommend it. I’ve seen them 4 times and they never fail to put on a show. It’s a full experience beyond a concert.
Killswitch and Avenged are really good. In that genre I’d say the best live is Disturbed and Bullet For My Valentine.I remember Atreyu, Avenged Sevenfold and Killswitch Engage putting on a good show back in the day. Anberlin was pretty good too for a different style from the others mentioned.
I forgot about seeing Bullet, they were really good as well. I was really disappointed with Disturbed overall. They were the headliner and Killswitch went on right before them and killed it.Killswitch and Avenged are really good. In that genre I’d say the best live is Disturbed and Bullet For My Valentine.
I saw them at Red Rocks 2 years ago, and last year I flew to Phoenix and NY to see them on the Simulation Theory tour. Honestly, check out their multi-cam videos on YouTube. Doesn’t do the live experience 100% justice, but it is still a solid representation.I’d love to see Muse. I started listening to them very late lol, but it’s my radio station on the streaming apps.
Saw Staind once and they disappointed. Played a short set and sounded crappy. Lincoln Park opened and smoked em.Staind, Hinder, Chevelle, and Breaking Benjamin performed at Downtown Rocks.
Best band live is tough. I’d probably say Slayer and have Gojira and Every Time I Die be honorable mentions. Then off in its own category is Dave Matthew’s band, love them or hate them no one can play their own songs so many different ways and still make it sound good. Not ashamed to admit I see them every year.
I had never heard them before I saw them live and I was instantly a fan. They kicked so much ass.Gojira rules.
