Good to hear that this situation may come to an appropriate resolution. It's pretty hard for C90 to justify not picking up your colleague. People don't seem to use that part of the contract to hold the FAA's feet to the fire. There is no one in the agency more qualified to work at C90 than a controller from A80. There are a few other places where controllers are equally qualified, but I highly doubt that those facilities are where people got selected from.

Also, a deer got into the parking lot recently and killed itself on the fence, which is a perfect way to summarize C90.
