I mean could be worse.... there could only be one employer offering somewhat competitive wages and benefits to do the job so you can't even leverage into a position with a better job offer or with a different employer.

Been at my facility for almost a year and I’m not even qualified on CD/FD. Spent 5 months doing nothing. Started training took 3 months to almost get qualified then I stopped training again… I feel that.
