Enroute Class pass rate

The only thing interesting about it is that they weren't allowed to go there in the first place. My OKC classmate from Albuquerque ended up on the east coast, in true FAA fashion.

There was one class where someone from PNW settled for ZAU and then literally the next class someone from the Chicago area took ZSE because ZAU wasn't on his list. Can't make this s**t up. This was a less extreme example since those aren't undesirable glue traps like ZOA or ZNY but in a perfect world, if they could eventually swap, the total training time is so much higher than it needs to be.

Category C (Eligible Facilities):
Enroute facilities less than 5% above the Summarized Enroute Projected % to Target.

Yes. I would like to see one of the lists before I post what was written on the SharePoint just to confirm everything lines up. They separate terminal into Training Facilities, Non-Priority Facilities, and Priority Facilities.
