Nope, no hubby or kids ?Anyone of y’all have a wife and kids?
I've seen it done lol. They can’t deny the COS and it doesn’t count weekends so everyone should get a at least 2 weeks. I’d be surprised if anyone would deny your use of annual
Same. I am def driving. From what I hear its pretty convenient to have a car available down there.Yea im coming from Long Island. My car will break down before i reach new jersey if im driving that far lmao

That many en route classes and I still got terminal? Was hoping for that BUT I’m just excited to get out there and at least can look out a window lolI remember there being like 5 en route classes and 3 terminal.
I had them here for the first halfI'm also married. We have 1 kid. Anyone plan to take their family to the academy?
Wife (married in May), no kids.Anyone of y’all have a wife and kids?
That's what I'm gonna do. Drive for two days with staying somewhere in the middle.I drove here from CLE as well! I drove to St Louis and stayed in a hotel there then continued on to OKC the next dayI
I plan to have them stay put until I know where I am going.I'm also married. We have 1 kid. Anyone plan to take their family to the academy?
Yep. Wife, 3 kids, 2 dogs. I also bought a house 5 years ago so I've accumulated a ton of crap. Moving is going to be quite an adventure lolAnyone of y’all have a wife and kids?
My kids are all in school here so I'll go to OKC alone and have them move when I know where we're headed. It's good to see so many other people with kids going through this same stuff. When I went to basic training at 25 I was the only "older" married guy in a barracks with a bunch of fresh high school gradsI'm also married. We have 1 kid. Anyone plan to take their family to the academy?
I feel you. I'm driving from COS.I'm considering having my 97 ranger shipped out there from Denver. It's only a 9-10 hour drive, but I'm too afraid it'll break down along the way. Not willing to miss my class date on a gamble like that. I really do want the peace of mind knowing that I can drive myself around during the stay though.
The short answer is yes. The more accurate answer is that it's probably not worth it.Is it possible to transfer from enroute to terminal a few years down the line after you're fully cleared at your facility for enroute? Would like to have windows to look out of eventually in my career.
Probably not. But you will need to list the new job when you re-apply for security clearance in the future.Hey just curious when they sent out new class dates will they ask about your if you worked a new job or anything?
