Finally got through on the phone, unfortunately while I will have 52 weeks with a CTO within 60 days I did not have it when the job posting closed on March 3rd smh.

well I have radar data, finals, clearance delivery, ground, and Local. Local is the only one considered a control position on my rainbow card. so no luck this bid , i will just try next time.

I know a hand full of people who've been picked up solely on their final ticket and technically ground is a control position as well.

We're probably a long way from seeing referrals, or maybe not, but I have been referred on USA jobs recently for other jobs and I wasn't notified of my referral. I went on my own to Track this application under Application status on the right and found out that I was referred (again, not for this position). With that said, make sure to check the status of your applications every 5 minutes.

It took me 2 months just to receive a TOL. and if you get Tier 2'd your wait can be well over a year. If you're planning on separating in a month, I hope you have a solid emergency fund or other employment options. Unemployment (especially with the current $300 weekly bonus) is also an option.

In all honesty, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to check out the contract towers. It’ll hold you over in the meantime while this plays out

Yea i actually got hired at laredo last week, just doing all my clearance stuff with the faa now while they review the applications

Basically you didn’t fuck up the application, you’re qualified as far as they can tell, and just wait and hope you’re high enough on the rankings of everyone referred to get a TOL
