For those who have applied, what was the timeline from submitting application, to hearing back, to eventual job offer?

My buddy applied mid March. He’s starting next week in Australia. Tracon. Sydney is moving in 2029 to Melbourne.

Yes. It went pretty quick, week to a call and quick chat, some paperwork and maybe assessments of some sort. A week to real interview. A week to offer. Give or take a few days. I was on the early side of this. They wanted me in February/March. Pushed it back. Know 4 other tower controllers with offers for towers.

I imagine there are already a ton of people sitting on offers. As people bail on the offers they will be getting y’all into the slots.
