Facility Upgrade After ERR Takes Effect Before Transfer Date?

The contract was pretty vague on this, but sounds like I may be in luck. Heres the scenario:

ERR'ed to a 12 September 2nd, from a 7 that just got upgraded to an 8, effective June 10th but found out today because of how upgrade process works. Do I get back paid like the rest of my old co-workers, and do I get an increase of on the go pay now?

When you ERR you get 50 on the go 50 on certification.

Wouldn't it decrease it? Because the difference between your level 8 base and your level 12 base would be smaller, therefore 50% of a smaller number would be less.

Would increase it....say 50k to 100k for easy numbers. First day would be 75k, then 100k on certification.
Now from 60k-100k....First day would be 80k, then 100k on cert.

I don't know the answer if the increased pay would be received or not, but since backpay would be received, I'd imagine he should be entitled to the extra for the increased 50% money too.

For anyone who searches for this in the future. I got confirmation from HR that I will receive backpay and be shown as transferring from an 8 to a 12 for 50% on the go pay.
