The bill that passed did not include a raise. However, yesterday, HR 790 was introduced to the House to provide a 2.6% raise for 2019. Does anyone know if leave taken today or tomorrow will still be furlough and given back pay, or just charged as leave?

Decisions decisions, to take leave and be charged leave or take leave and have it converted to furlough. OPM has put us in a tough one here.

I doubt McConnell will be as accommodating a 2nd time around. Votes simply aren't there in the Senate. Trump's jabs about shutting down the gov't again over this are just him trying to spin the situation to make it look like it wasn't an outright capitulation.

So as I understand it PP1 and PP2 will be processed quick-and-dirty next week and we'll get the corrected amounts on 15 Feb. Does anyone know if we'll get paid normally for PP3 on 12 Feb?

One would think so, haven't heard anything to the contrary. And February 26th may be our last paycheck again if we head to another shutdown I'm guessing.

I've been tracking every minute I work on paper and in a spreadsheet since the shutdown began. It's all going to be wrong.
I've already been dealing with a problem getting the right CIC and OJTI pay. I tracked back through PP 2017-01 (it probably goes back farther, I just didn't take the time to look) and it's wrong almost every single check. I notified people in September of 2018 and it still hasn't been fixed nor have I been paid for what's missing. There are others at the facility experiencing the same. I think I'll have to get the union involved.
They're sure to mess up the shutdown pay too.
