Does anyone have any information or know where I can get information on medical retirements?

OK. That is answered in the pdf. You will get 60% of your high-3 for the first year, then it reduces to 40% thereafter. In addition, when you file for medical retirement, you also file for disability through Social Security. I cannot recall the offset amount, but part of that money is offset.

There is a ton of information available. Just type 'fers disability retirement' in Google and start reading. As you see something interesting, type that in, e.g. 'fers disability offset'.
