Of course they haven't talked about what the controllers want until now, election season is upon us. It's the same way with US president elections. Minimal action for years and then suddenly on an election year everyone has all these empty promises and lists of things they claim they will push for when in reality they don't have the balls to have the hard conversations and really push for their promises when they running.
