I actually believe them when they say "When it’s time to renegotiate the contract, we’ll do right by our members." I'm sure they will.
What they're not saying is, "we'll never reach the point of renegotiating, because we'll just keep voting to extend the contract."
By the way, I think the video could've used the word "Integrity" thrown in more. I get so hard listening to buzz-words.
