The Nick wing of the NEB voted for it. The rich wing didn’t. Simple as that.

Yeah, it can be as simple as that. He and several others pivoted. Though when Rich made his visit to our facility, he was not so adamant that he would go to the table no matter what. It was unsettling, but that vote showed who was really willing to work.
