SB. He’s doing one now instead of right before. He’s done one pretty much every year or so. Hey whatever can get more people in the job and certified. Some other dude did a competing AMA I think. That’s prolly gonna be way more popular
It’s not like they don’t fill all their hiring slots. Just half don’t make it.SB. He’s doing one now instead of right before. He’s done one pretty much every year or so. Hey whatever can get more people in the job and certified.

so for the non experienced bid and the required 3 years of progressive work experience. does it count if a person worked 1 year full time somewhere and then took a break for 2 months and then work another 2 years full time somewhere else. need some answersFAA launches Be ATC Campaign to hire the next diverse generation of controllers.
The application window will be open nationwide from June 24-27 for all eligible U.S. citizens.

Yeah. Also you can add any college on top of that tooso for the non experienced bid and the required 3 years of progressive work experience. does it count if a person worked 1 year full time somewhere and then took a break for 2 months and then work another 2 years full time somewhere else. need some answers
Everyone over the age of 40 is venting about age discrimination. ??The comments on the Facebook post about the announcement are pretty comical. Pretty much an equal number of people bitching that they can’t apply as a non-citizen, people bitching about not being able to apply over 30, and CTI people bitching that they can’t get hired with their degree.
Sierra Bravo here. Yeah man I’ve been doing that AMA every year since the 2018 one blew up. The one I just did got over 5 million views.SB. He’s doing one now instead of right before. He’s done one pretty much every year or so. Hey whatever can get more people in the job and certified.
Sierra Bravo here, that’s awesome, man! You made it, I assume? He has done a few, his 2019 thread is how I found out about this job lol.
I read through a lot of your AMA... you've got the patience of a saint ?Sierra Bravo here. Yeah man I’ve been doing that AMA every year since the 2018 one blew up. The one I just did got over 5 million views.
Don’t know how the FAA expects to reach anyone outside of aviation with an AMA on r/ATC, but what do I know!
Lol yeah man I don’t mind it at all. I’ve had over a hundred people at this point keep in touch with me over the years and tell me they graduated the academy, CPC’d etc, and they all had several people in their classes from Reddit… It’s enough to keep me motivated to keep doing these things.I read through a lot of your AMA... you've got the patience of a saint ?

Imagine if the FAA did a % to retirement if someone was to CPC from a referral. CHP does it. Good job. Try not to tell the world we only work half our shifts, when some are working 6 hours of it lolHaha that’s amazing dude. Congrats!
