If it was on a facility list for you to choose, I'd seriously think about picking it. Level 7...certify in probably under a year. Very favorable tax rates. Close to Phoenix for the big city, but far enough away where it's awesome weather and not stupid-hot all the time. Skiing not to far away outside of Flagstaff.
Heck, I might try and transfer there myself now that I think about it.

I wish Flagstaff wasn't a contract tower. Went there recently and I really liked being there. I like Arizona and have considered Phoenix Tracon but it's really hot all the time. I really have to go to a 10 or higher to make much more money, and I'm more of a radar person, but PRC seems like a great location.
