I dont know if this would be possible..... Solely from the fact that from my understanding, the FAA dictates what experience is needed for contract, and unfortunently none of that includes ramp controlling....... Obviously could be wrong.

Correct. Contractors are going to want a CTO and at least 52 weeks of post CTO experience. The more experience and the more recent it is, the better
