Team NDJH says they’re trying to get trainees more money and maybe the FAA will agree to an MOU to pay us more. Because ya know, employers just want to always give out more money.

Nick has said he will try and use MOUs which the agency can just say no too.

There’s just existing levers and benefits in the OPM already that we don’t use. Retention bonuses is one of them.

Per OPM a group retention bonus can’t be more than 10% basic pay

I didnt say he was my boy. It’s irrelevant, JD wont have a chance. That’s my point.

I think the last couple years are why people are going to get out of the union. Not just this election, but many view it as our last hope. We don’t want the status quo with the union regurgitating these useless fucks. So the pony show has been long coming and I’d rather my vote show my disgruntlement with them instead of Rich proclaiming he won by a landslide and we all love him.
