Hospitals need to prioritize cases that, well, need a hospital. If you're positive but not actively dying, resting at home is fine and you don't need treatment, monoclonal or otherwise. The vaccine reduces the severity of infection if you do end up getting infected. I don't see the conspiracy behind hospitals not giving people drugs that they don't need and pushing for an alternative that helps ensure they won't later need the drugs and a risky, potentially expensive stay at the hospital.
