Has anyone ever tried to start a P65 Fantasy Football league?

So thinking about it, this whole training ordeal is going to be an absolute cluster. I work at a Z and every area has different amounts of trainees both on the floor and in classes. So I'm wondering what the deal is going to be, if one area is capped out on OJT due to capacity and has a trainee waiting but another area isn't capped and has a trainee waiting, are they gonna make both of them wait or send the guy that there is room for in first? And are they going to certify people up to D2 and make them wait while AG's get certified up to D2? Gonna take years

cluster - yes. But not for those reasons. It’s not that complicated. Area A functions as it’s own facility. If it can only train 2 scopes per day, that’s what you do. Training or lack thereof in another area won’t have bearing on another area unless it’s a sim space issue - in which case things might be slightly more jammed up that usual. It’s not the first time large facilities have seen said issues. One area is not going to hold up all the other areas trainees to get the others up to par with their pay scale. Training times will absolutely skyrocket and there will absolutely be more delays in raises, without a doubt.

Yah areas don’t matter. I’m the most senior trainee at my facility but there are people that are already through r side class in another area.

it might be slower but at least people will be getting certified

Greatest gift the FAA could have ever given us and we piss it away.... hell of a run!!!
Ehhh couldn’t last forever. I’m surprised it lasted this long. Was a nice break from the OT and the training. Gonna suck to start training these pukes again. I bet none of them studied and won’t know shit when they plug in
