Well gentlemen I missed the playoffs in fantasy football by .16 of a point last week and had I advanced I would have beat the #1 seed in my league by 30 points this week. Fuck fantasy football this year. Odds I off myself in a ditch by the end of the night?

According to my friend who did 4 tours in Afghanistan, God uses the bombs. But those squirrelly sounding gents on those “epic insurgent fails” videos I watch seem to think it’s Allah blessing their ballistics. I’d say it’s a toss up

IMO, there needs to be an amendment when the new contract rolls around that says D1 pay comes after your first 2 certs, OR after 12 months on AG, whichever comes first. Everything D1 and above is fine, but AG is fucking tough to get by on when you’re looking at years in the band. Single people are living paycheck to paycheck, and people with families have to get side jobs just to make ends meet. Incentivized pay raises makes sense, but that’s also based on assumption people are going to either earn it or wash within a certain time frame. But being perpetually trapped at $47K with no end in sight is tough for a lot of people, and nobody in NATCA seems to be aware and/or give a shit.

They should do that AND restructure the facility levels as well. Get rid of level 4 and 5 pay bands and expand the count criteria for what is currently the 6's and 7's and 8's, up the cap to 250k for all those "at my Z" folks, and realign to a 1-7 level system.

While we're at it, kick it up to an 8% match on TSP.

But, you know, it would be nice if they cured cancer and attained world peace too...
 
It’s just beyond laughable at this point. NATCA absolutely does not care about AG trainees at all. It’s not some huge risk or undertaking either, it is 1 or 2 extra guys a shift per area, that’s not some Covid time bomb waiting to happen it’s just unwillingness to get the ball rolling. They basically came up with a shitty Harvard plan and then put their feet up and said it is what it is.

Everyday is a training day tho right?
