But do you really think RVPs or paul or trish want to hear from little ole me, much less care about my situation?

You are telling a trainee to leap frog the natca rep and go straight to the RVP. You’d be laughed at your next go on the floor. Is this like trying to get a trainee to say a fake call sign.
BE SEEN, NOT HEARD! But also go over the local FacRep to get an answer...

I’m so confused at this point, but confusion seems par for the course at this point. Speaking of par, I just tried disc golf this past weekend. Hopefully I’m better at ensuring the safety of the NAS than I am at disc golf when we get back to training.

Have you tried opening a book instead of your mouth, you literally just said he seen and not heard

BE SEEN, NOT HEARD! That was the motto over a decade ago. I’ll translate: don’t be that trainee that gains a reputation before you even hit the floor, don’t be that trainee that likes to complain about everything (days off, working nights, pay, this sucks, that sucks, etc) and don’t be that trainee that likes point out that you’re smarter than CPC’s, you know, the d-side that chuckles whenever a CPC over separates or over sequences. These are all things CPC’s do that you haven’t earned the right to.

Now, there is a right way to do things. Contacting your area rep, facrep, or rvp with a phone call or formal email, even one where you ask to be kept private, is the right way. These are legitimate concerns that you guys have. If enough of you put pressure on your local representatives, the same reps who are voted to be your leadership, than I’d say your voice has a chance of being heard. Or you guys can continue to pissed on an online forum that won’t get the results you’re looking for.

you haven’t earned the right to.

This is a toxic attitude.
I agree, trainees shouldn't be laughing at CPCs and their methods out loud, but this attitude they're you're somehow special and elite because you went through hell is back is an attitude I'm damn sick of.

edit: spelling

Toxic? Maybe we can create a safe space for you when/if you ever come back. Special? No. Earned the right through certification? Yes. Pretty simple to understand.
