NATCA secured a memorandum for 12 weeks paid leave from the FAA, only the House NDAA bill includes the correction the Senate one didn't. They still have to negotiate the differences between the two bills before going to the President for it to be law.

They got the faa to agree to honor it. But it’s just faa policy. Not actual law. If trump is re elected they could easily be like. No actually I don’t think I will.
