lol honestly tbh i kinda want the dems to lose based on one thing - the looting and destruction of other peoples property. i have very few convictions but one thing that I do firmly believe in is the rule of law and order. with the absence of l/o that's when people suffer unnecessarily.

saw a vid of protestors who looted a black owned business and they filmed the owner saying hey why did you destroy my business, you guys should be destroying other businesses not mine im black (absolutely shocking). other vids of people blocking freeways and vandalizing peoples cars and other detestable things like that. you don't do that. this isnt the 1900s, there's no revolution coming, you aren't going to seize the means of production, the dems and pubs will crush an actual insurrection.

if the dems win that kind of legitimizes that behavior which is unacceptable

i do believe that black lives matter, that the police should be required to do more training to minimize the amount of incidents that they've been having, and that black people are disadvantaged in various ways etc

however the solution is a political and economic one - actual regulations have to be passed, money has to be provided to the PDs (not defunded like wtf), need to improve our shit education system so its not 50 students to 1 teacher who makes 30k a year, etc so that blacks can begin getting out of that cycle.

but when you have people acting like animals out in the streets and terrorizing others, they have thrown away the political capital that the George floyd killing gave them because i highly doubt any meaningful legislation that will affect change in the things i talked about will be passed as a result. i haven't voted in a long time but i might consider coming out to vote no on anything that legitimizes terrorism

i mean maybe they have but to me it doesn't matter. small business owners have lost their financial lives and are in shambles as a result of the looting and nobody cares. i believe in the right to assembly and protest - peacefully. i believe in the constitution and that the freedom we have to do dumb shit like this is what makes this the best country on the planet.

as to the white supremacy thing - when I think proud boys I think a bunch of dumb rednecks that dislike non-white or straight people etc. i don't picture them looting, terrorizing, and lynching blacks because they really haven't - otherwise the MSM would be all over it all day.

but when I think of blm i do. and I understand its a small fraction of people actually committing crimes and what not but the same principle applies to the police - only a small fraction of them are using excessive force during their encounters.

when I think of blm i think of this - Ambush shooting in Compton leads to rowdy protests; LA reporter arrested after scuffle

two cops sitting in a squad car chilling and guy just comes up and shoots them point blank probably because "f the police". they get hospitalized and then a blm crowd forms outside of the hospital and starts chanting for their death, blocking ambulances from coming in and saving lives. these two policemen are actual human beings and they have people that want them to die for some reason.

to me, the dems winning would be a legitimization of that. i'm pretty open minded but I don't think my opinion on that association can be changed

Trumps own appointed FBI director declared white supremacy as the biggest domestic security threat to our nation so yeah I think anyone trying to downplay that should be held accountable. I would say thats why Biden and all the left wont even say antifa even exists, i mean facebook groups, uniforms, organized rallys, destruction and all that are all just ideas. If trump thought it was going to cost him voters he wouldnt have said it dozens of times. Like I said before, I'm not a traditional trump supporter, if I thought Jojo had a snowballs chance in hell, or a true moderate democrat I would vote that way in a heartbeat. But if it comes down to losing my first and second amendment, ill take trump over biden any day.
