I think the "party guys" (sane republican centrists and career politicians) drop him like a wet bag of shit after tonight and act like he never existed. It'll be "Trump? Oh him, never liked the guy" in like a week or two.

The dyed in the wool morons and dudes who rode his coat tails the last few years who were nothings before he came on the scene will be full bore the next few months making everything as messy as possible.
