32andBelow that was an honest question about the polling. What's your opinion on that? What's going wrong right now? Seems like you had pretty strong opinions on accuracy a few hours ago.

I'm still pulling for a trump loss just like you I'm not being snide (maybe a little but in a sincere way).

I doubt we’ll hear from that guy for awhile

I think there is a significant amount of Trump supporters who would either never talk to a pollster or gleefully lie to them as they have deep distrust for pollsters

Well this is... worse than I hoped. It’s still hard to call, especially with early voting likely to push a blue shift through some of those rust belt states. IDK.

Like I've been saying, Trump comes out of tonight, declares victory before all the votes are counted and its momentum momentum momentum till it hits the courts.

As long as democrats control the house that will never happen.
What? Collective bargaining is done with appointees of the executive branch last I checked.

I lived through the white book. In order for management to impose work rules( the white book) they had to declare an “impasse” in the negotiations and then send it to the House of Representatives. At that point the House could vote to order the sides back to the bargaining table. There was bipartisan support to do so. However the republicans controlled the House at the time and they would not allow it to come the floor for a vote except under a parliamentary move which required a 2/3 vote to send it back. The vote was to send it back but failed to achieve the 2/3 and the white book was born.

I thought that went out the window with trumps new EOs

Trump won the election I know a few of you are celebrating now, but I'll be quoting this post and the new contract in a few years

I don’t think it’s been proven wrong yet. They always said the path was through Pennsylvania. Most of trumps maps included winning AZ
