It will extra suck for you then, you would have gotten the tax break on the D2 rate, then you will have to pay it back at the D3 rate. Don't think the computers are smart enough to adjust for that because they aren't. That's a big part of the reason everyone got a extra $600 in unemployment and not just an extra $250 for example, if $250 would have been enough to bring them back to 100% of their pre-unemployment income. Most states said their systems simply did not have the capability to make adjustments like that so they just gave the extra $600 to everyone.
