FRG did that back in May or June I think. Basically enough people had close contact with the infected person and had to quarantine that they didn’t have enough non-exposed people to run any kind of schedule.

In Western Pacific, anyone who comes in the building now for currency, whether a trainee or high risk, is back in the building. No more going out on EA.

That Doesn’t help those who‘s currency has lapsed or lost certs or whatever, nor people who‘ve been waiting for class, but it’s something.

PUB being completely closed is only a harbinger of what’s to come, how long til a core 30 airport tower is closed for 2 weeks?

Is this a fairly new policy for western pacific? I was recently back at my Z for staffing and was sent home as soon as I wasnt needed. I havent heard anything like that yet on my end.

I highly doubt, in the FAA, that a whole region would be on the same page about anything. I heard one facility in my region is making people take sick leave if the Covid contact you had is a family member lol.

Also, I will add. You can fry a taco and make it crispy and it will still remain a taco. As long as it was fried in it’s final form (minus salsa and garnish).
