Terminal Class pass rate

ASE before MWH lets be real..
No way! Aside from one of the worst layouts I've possibly ever seen, how bad could MWH really be? They're one CPC away from releasing on NCEPT and it looks like they must've worked out some of their demons from 4 years ago. The success rate is still terribly low though which could actually work in their advantage if the culture changed (which idk for sure, can only speculate) and now the success rate is like 75% instead so their projections have them constantly getting a ton of bodies inbound that can certify and become a revolving door. That 2.61 years training time is not cool though, but also related to to the culture and low success I'm sure. Looking at it though, looks like ASE is about to have full staffing being they're 8/15 CPC's with 7 dev3's. MWH has the edge though because at least you can probably afford to exist out there.

It’s all fun and games until you have a 777 in the pattern with 3 slow-movers.
Adorable.

It’s all fun and games until you have 25+ on frequency, running ifr pattern work at two satellites, feeding straight ins with gaps to two runways, and some dink checks on with a 2 minute flight following request.
And the the supe comes over and tries to have someone split the satellite sector off.

Hey man, the CAP flights aren't dinks they're pretty much airforce.

We had a 69.99 in a class in front of me. Everyone felt so bad for her. But then we found out she got like a 65 on one of the knowledge tests. Don’t leave free points on the table folks
We had a 70.08. He thought he failed and was waiting to be escorted out. Finally the guy came in like 3 hours later and was like "what do you mean escort you out? You passed!"
