Makes sense to me. Less people doing nothing and we start cranking out more CPC's

Waivers make sense for small up downs imo where there’s only 5-10 trainees. Again if you can afford to bring back 3-5 DX for rside training at Zs why not bring the same amount for training at towers?

Depends on how long till that one person in your facility/region decided to do your paperwork

I got checked out at the beginning of October and didn’t see my raise until the end of November
