FAA controllers should’ve been included. This will be a good time to start a Political Action Committee, or a PAC so they can lobby to government officials for us, and make sure we’re not forgotten.

DoD SSR pay scale with the extra 10% still doesn’t compare to the FAA AT pay scale. There was a time that the FAA was on that same GS-2152 scale. Controllers have been jumping ship from DoD to FAA to make more money. It’s about time DoD does something about it, it’ll probably help retention rates for them
