Honestly good question. You should check out the current experience bid that going on most of those guys are waiting for their lists. But usually they drop weekly. I would expect a delay though because HR is dealing with two bids right now. But congrats man!! Goodluck!! I’m also from the dec 2018 bid.
The last list we got, 2020 EXP bid, was on Dec 21st and the only other one before that was beginning of Nov. Hopefully there's one this month for you and the remaining peeps on the bid.

not yet should hear sometime next week if I cleared or not HW did email and tell me my case has been completed and the recommendation was made but RDC didn’t email me yet if I cleared or not it was on Friday late in the day so maybe he wasn’t there also doesn’t help that tomorrow is MLK day but whatever I waited two years one more day isn’t going to hurt

The "Terminal Placement List" on latest resources is a good place to look. It looks like this list was updated to reflect that last round of placements. You could also follow the latest exp bid and seeing their lists/placements.
Drug tests last for 6 months. If you don't get an FOL within expiry, you'll have to take a drug refresher. I'm still waiting for a drug refresher appointment and have not received an FOL.
Well my initial drug test expired but my HR had me take one in October because I guess my stuff was moving along. RDC emailed me and said I cleared but I’ll need a refresher but if I did it in October I should be good until April-Ish no?
Your class date may not be until after April so you will need a refresh. I think they are on may dates already.

It took six months for me since my file was sent to HQ for coordinating
Did they ask you for any additional information or personal statement? Or just told you to wait for further instructions?
They just told me to wait for the Tier 2 people to email me.
