It's fairly similar to comparing us to other countries when you don't mention the individual complexities of the agencies that contribute to their lack of firings.

If you really wanted to say that there is a difference it would have been better to say the FAA has similar GDP impact, employee turnover, and pre-existing minimal staffing as other agencies such as the TSA or BLM in specific situations.

And to reference GDP again, take a wild hint out of those three agencies which has a higher impact and decide which would have more to bargain with in the possibility of cuts. Literally the rest of the world started cutting our counterparts, yet you think our own Gov didn't think of it.

Yet you don't think the union has fought to prevent that, even secured the cushy EA that's been begrudgingly enjoyed by trainees?
