Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-21-ATCEXP-71144

My coworker and I were both on the first batch of TOL’s. I have more experience than him, and I also submitted my TOL acceptance email & survey 4 days before him. I’m still waiting on my EODS and CIL, he already got his. Both our last names are in the back 1/3 of the alphabet. I really don’t think there’s any rhyme or reason how they issue this stuff.
That’s exactly the same boat I’m in right now it doesn’t make any sense

Just got a reply back from my HR rep. Was informed I would be getting my EODS paperwork sometime this week and no later than Wednesday. They stated that once they have sent out all EODS docs, then they would start review of complete EODS’s and then send out CIL’s respectively. Just got to play the old waiting game! ??

Is it safe to assume they're not picking me up if I haven't heard anything by now?

No TOL? Bad sign.

Maybe get one if enough people decline TOL

Aren’t you in the middle of the reinstatement process? It’s possible they noticed that and stopped processing your previous exp application.

Nope, not the case. Two separate bids, he can apply to as many as he wants and pick which one offers the better option. CPC-reinstatement isn’t guaranteed either

Cpc reinstatement isn’t a bid process, It’s non competitive.

I only started the reinstatement process 2 weeks ago, so no.
Is your only experience FAA? No military?

Yes, you’re right, sorry for using the wrong term. There are many steps in the approval process, and if the ATM doesn’t know or doesn’t want to hire even though there may be availability, you’re out of luck. Non-competitive isn’t guaranteed
