Is your only experience FAA? No military?
Military and prior FAA.

Lame. Sounds like you’d be more qualified than most people who have TOLs already.Military and prior FAA.
Yeah it’s a crapshoot. Was just spitballing about why ZS hasn’t gotten a TOL when they seem as qualified as anyone.Yes, you’re right, sorry for using the wrong term. There are many steps in the approval process, and if the ATM doesn’t know or doesn’t want to hire even though there may be availability, you’re out of luck. Non-competitive isn’t guaranteed
I have CS as well but no EODS yet... Called a few times and left a voicemail. no response. probably on leave or something. No EODS for you either?Anyone have CS as their rep, and received EODS?
Nope lol. I know it’s only been a couple days, I’m just being impatient in what I know is a long slow process.I have CS as well but no EODS yet... Called a few times and left a voicemail. no response. probably on leave or something. No EODS for you either?
because its the FAA. Its not about quality, its about quantity and luck.Lame. Sounds like you’d be more qualified than most people who have TOLs already.

I worked for two months for the faa on terminal leave. I wrote a letter of intent to separate and start terminal leave. I then had my commander sign it. I submitted that with my paperwork.I heard from a coworker today that the FAA will not pick you up while on terminal leave. Can anybody speak to the truth of that?
120 days is the cutoff for being on terminal/separating and your acceptance day of the TOL.I heard from a coworker today that the FAA will not pick you up while on terminal leave. Can anybody speak to the truth of that?
Same situation, doesn't matter how much terminal leave you have, its 120 days from separation.120 days is the cutoff for being on terminal/separating and your acceptance day of the TOL.
source: I had a TOL rescinded in 2019 and when I called and asked why it was because I was 126 days from separation, not 120.
Gotcha. Why even offer a TOL? You tell them when you separate in the application on USA jobs.120 days is the cutoff for being on terminal/separating and your acceptance day of the TOL.

That’s a great question. I put my DOS on the TOL and sent it back and within 2 days they rescinded it lolGotcha. Why even offer a TOL? You tell them when you separate in the application on USA jobs.
