Are you sure it was a CIL? Others are posting they received an email with a few attachments that they need to fill out and then are told to wait for their CIL.

It was the email to fill out the EODS forms which I assume is the CIL? First one had username, second one had password, 3rd one was from my HR rep saying congrats on accepting the TOL with some additional information.

Although I have to put it on pause now because they spelled my name wrong and I can't change it they have to lol. Hoping they respond fairly quickly so I can fill it out soon.

They should get that cleared up quickly. For some reason they seem to have an extra step in between TOLs and CILs this time around. Not many people have posted about this step so maybe you will be among the first group to get the CIL.

As much as I would have loved to change my name to "Divid" lol I'm gunna hold off on the paperwork until they fix it. I know I'm definitely not the first person to post about EODS but it also hasn't been dozens of people posting like with ATSA, TOL, etc. This part I think will trickle a little bit more slowly.

That would seem like the most logical process, but logic isn't necessarily how the government works. I can't imagine how far behind I would be if that were the case though.
 
Hey everyone, once you complete the EODS you should get the information about completing the security, background, and eventually medical. Still waiting on my medical information, but it can take up to 21 days, and my person told me they were backed up and to expect the full three weeks

Was your receipt confirmation an official looking message? My email simply reads:

Thank You, your TOL paperwork was received.

I've checked to make sure I ticked the ACCEPT box 30 times....

My email was the same way. Don’t worry, I double checked that I ticked accept as well lol.
