I realize that, what I was more getting at is that, if like you said it was planned ahead of time, they could have skipped even giving her any new hires to begin with. The key phrase there was "new hires". I'm not knocking her for advancing in her career, just saying that there was the planning ahead that could have been done, whether on her part or her leadership (if any). I don't know at what point in the process they assign a POC for an applicant, but in my case and the others that have said they have her as a POC we haven't received the EODS so I assume the only part of the process she has taken care of is the TOL's. Regardless, the point is moot, she is moving on and we will all be receiving a new point of contact, now I wonder if they will notify us of this and give the new contact's information or if we will never even hear about the change other than if we call to speak with someone. With all of that said, I am not worried. I have received my TOL and know the next step will be coming at some point. It's just a waiting game now and I have plenty to keep me busy until the rest of the process is taken care of. Just to reiterate here, I'm not knocking her at all for moving on to whatever it is she will be doing, we are all here to move onto bigger and better things.When would it be a good time for her to advance in the agency? The work they do for hiring never stops....
