I misunderstood your original question, my bad! That’s what I did for the OF-306, with the statement of service sent to my HR rep to support that information.

Just so its here if you need a template of what it should look like. If you're already tracking then oh well lol it should be signed by at least your AOF, DO or CC. Hope it helps. (Obviously all the blacked out stuff is my info)

I got a TOL but have ~8 months until I get out, are they gonna yank my TOL at some point? Just sent in my statement of service. I know about the 120 day policy but I’ve seen on different forums where people get in despite being past that.

No one here knows. None of us are HR. They could pull it, they could not. It depends literally on sheer luck. If you're looking for definitives in this process, the only two definitives you should look for are inconsistency and having to wait.

I’m Navy, which of course means there is no convenient way to acquire anything. lol But a stop by my base admin/personnel office and a few minutes of my time after a mid shift was all it took for me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I got mine pulled off the January prior exp bid since I was 15 months out (I was anticipating it). My buddy on the other hand applied in January and was getting out in September and just got his FOL last week so there is proof they can work with 8 months for sure.

Also, the 120-day thing is for those claiming veterans' preference

At what point in the process did they pull it? Did you send in any of the eods stuff yet
My TOL was pulled in the January bid like a month after I received it due to availability. I was a year and some change out though so I expected it, I just wanted to see the hiring process and how I would do. Never seen EODs yet in either bid

One guy I work with who also applied this bid doesn’t get out until I want to say next September or October and he got his CIL this week, which makes me think they’re past the point of pulling his TOL. From what I understand about the process, as someone on here already said, it’s about 90% good luck and timing. lol
