Tower only if what I’m seeing is correct, and out of everyone I’ve known with the same experience as me there were no tower only facilities offered. I guess it could happen but even if I didn’t I wouldn’t pick a tower only anyways. I’m a radar rat. ?
Fwiw hr tries to give you three pay periods to pick from. I’ve know 4 people that have pushed it off months, into June specifically, due to kids in school. No proof was required
I negotiated my start date to be about 90 days out from my assignment date.

Unless it's drastically changed, I'm pretty positive that's not how it works any more. They don't care necessarily what experience you have, they still put atleast lower towers on the list.

I just question the flowchart. When they say experience above average, what is the average based on? The current cycle? All time? Or just over 50?
I’m gonna take a stab and say when you fill out the experience questionnaire, it gets filtered through a program and puts like qualified people in a pool, add up all the exp points and divide by the number of folks in the pool then you get your above and below
there's that pdf floating around to with the military to faa facility level equivalent. if you worked at a 7/8 equivalent you got a good shot at getting some 8/9s on your list. just based off past lists as well as shit manning.
