Most Military leadership is 1000000000% worse than NATCA. They don’t listen to their subordinates and can walk over them whenever and however they want, there’s no union to protect soldiers so all they have left to do is comply.

He is as clueless as they come, a true progressive who has obviously never served and thinks wars are won with technology and button pushing. If that were true Afghanistan would have been won long ago. War is won by real men ( almost exclusively ) bleeding and sweating and shitting together in conditions that test a man beyond what keyboard warriors like him can conceive of. It’s a brotherhood that bonds these men for life and if you break down those bonds you destroy the ability to win those wars.

NATCA is worse than the military. At least going military most people knew what they were getting themselves into. I never ran into what you speak of above.
The military has better transfers, QOL, work schedules. Leadership doesn’t walk all over ATC, unless you were Army or Marines maybe they did.
