So they randomly pulled some other David G's medical records and it showed them every prescription they have gotten written? Thought the FAA couldn't/would only pull medical records in rare circumstances.

I honestly am not sure how it happened. I sent an email asking about my status to the generic 9 agl email and got a response from a FAA email saying my email was forwarded to her because they thought I was the other David. Just coincidence theres someone else also terminal with my name.

Its been like a month since my MMPI and thats all im waiting on apparently. I didn't forget to do anything right? Just take the exam and it sends to whoever? I vaguely remember them saving it to the computer in some folder.

How private is everyone about this process, just curious... I haven’t really told anybody other than immediate family what’s going on just because until I have a class date it’s not 100%... just wondering if others have been this way too...
honestly i've been weary to tell people even now that i have a class date. those 50% failure rates are scaring me a bit

That's crazy there is someone with the same name as you on this bid. Seems like they have a long road ahead of them to clear that up!

I took a break from this forum because well ... I'm in the 'hurry up and wait' category rather than people already getting class dates haha. Congrats to those who are already getting there, and a shoutout to anyone else who is still waiting just for the EODS. Fingers crossed I'm not alone in that category.

I was also in the wait category, I emailed my rep and called once a week for 2 months after TOL until I got an email saying my rep had changed and I got the EODS emails and CIL within 24 hours and had a new rep that actually responded. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, just keep calling and checking on your progress till they get annoyed.

I'm there but may end up doing what @Cotopaxi did.

Okay, so on the medical interview worksheet I put that I had a minor in possession of alcohol from about 10 years ago. Received an email this morning telling me they needed more info. Has anyone else had to do something like this. Like, I'm not even sure how to go about obtaining some of this stuff. This is a list of requirements:

1. A specific, detailed narrative statement about your alcohol related event, it should include the circumstances of your arrest, breathalyzer results, amount of alcohol consumed and the number of hours you were drinking, court action taken, and a complete description of any remedial education/intervention taken as a result of each offense.

2. Arresting officer report of the event

3. A specific, detailed narrative statement about any other alcohol related arrests and/or convictions.

4. Copies of arrest records, assessments/evaluations that you have had concerning your use of alcohol or other mood altering substances, and any court actions taken.

5. A copy of the completion letter/certificate of participation in remedial education/intervention. Also include any post-remedial education/intervention recommendations made to you.

6. A 10 year copy of your state driver’s license records. If held driver’s license in multiply states in the past 10 years, we will need driving record from those states.

So what ever county or city arrested you will have records of your arrest or ticket. Get in touch with their records/admin department. They will be able to either email you or certify mail you a copy of their records of the event if you don't live in that area anymore. That paperwork should give you almost all the information you need on it unless you had to go through a program of some sort as well. Driving record would be through the DMV or police department I'd imagine. Hope that helps.

If you were a minor its going to be a little tricky because those documents are "sealed", as in not public information. Call the juvenile department of the court you were associated with and you'll have to request that information by sending a copy of your drivers license, filling out the request form, and it needs to be notarized. I know, thats a lot of work I had to do the same.

On the MedExpress,

(2) history of any arrest(s), and/or conviction(s), and/or administrative action(s) involving an offense(s) which resulted in the denial, suspension, cancellation, or revocation of driving privileges or which resulted in attendance at an educational or a rehabilitation program.

w. History of nontraffic conviction(s) (misdemeanors or felonies).

In regards to part W. This is referring to any and all misdemeanors right? Not just something related to drugs or alcohol?
