Nice to see these lists they're putting out. there's places I definitely wouldn't mind ending up on them. hopefully when my time comes around they have some decent choices to rank as well. I reached out to HR to see if they have my statement of service and notice of deployment so that they don't issue the CIL yet. at least until I get home.

I'm not even sure if I get my #1 if I'd even take the offer tbh, I put KSEE number 1, short training time, I would imagine lots of academy students would like San Diego or something hoping staffing won't be an issue, figured I could probably transfer decently quick to another low level facility IF I were to accept it. kind of a long list of shit though huh? 😂

What bases did you work in?
started terminal in 2019,
Dyess AFB and Al U Deid
RVA:
KLRD
FAA(APR,2020):
CTO KLBB, resigned before CPC (SEP, 2021)
went back to KLRD and transferred to KEDC
I've been applying for bids but I'm choosing to be picky, I realised I don't want to work an up-down, or a 24/7 facility. perfectly happy where I'm at now, but would be nice to get the government rate health care, pension, TSP match, etc. 24/7 schedules really suck and if you end up working 6 day weeks or 10 hour shifts on top of it, its even worse. you basically just live at the facility, wasn't really looking forward to that at KLBB.

We're right down the street from each other lol I'm at GTU

But yes the list we got sucked, it was hard to rank 10 locations. Not include the massive paycut from contract to FAA and no state or region preferences taken into consideration
