Hiring Bid Air Traffic Control Specialist - Trainee: FAA-ATO-18-ALLSRCE-57792

I just spoke with HR and they said they are still in the process of sending them. I have not received one yet. They said they are not sending them out in any order and anyone you was considered eligible will receive one.

I was about to say. That would’ve been extremely fast.

That’s a lot better news then what I was told!

That's what I was thinking as well but I am nervous to not report something and have that counted against me as well.
I read on another thread that someone was turned away when they arrived in OKC because of something that didn't disclose and they found out about it

So I just got the atsa exam invite but I’ve already taken it back in Aug this year for the N90 bid. I called HR and they told me I’ve passed the first one. Should I take it again knowing that it’s a 50/50 chance that I will get picked up for the N90 bid or should I try to get a higher school this time around?

You may have passed it(70%+), but you don't know if it was considered well qualified (80%+). They like to take well qualified first and if there is spots left, they'll randomly take the 70-80 %ers. I say retest.

Mines says there are no activities found... So I can't schedule.

Edit. Okay so I got the email, but it wasn't listed under that email address account, so I logged in using my old email and it's in that one. Strange.

It’s possible. But they will tell you how long they want to know back for. Just be honest within that time frame and don’t tell them anything they don’t ask for either

how would you know if you were well qualified or not? Would they tell you if you called hr?

Can I ask where you found that number for HR?

I'm in the same boat as you, took the ATSA in Aug for N90 and just received an email to take it again.

Any idea if I need to do anything if I don't plan on retesting? Or will my previous test results automatically be applied here?

I am in the same boat with being referred from the N90 bid. I guess I will just schedule my ATSA really late in the window so I can see if I get a TOL from the N90 bid. It seems like the numbers are more competitive for the N90 bid than for the all sources. It is a tricky situation, for sure, not knowing the grade you received.

The tests are good for three years, I have read.

the only HR personel that will give you the time of day is "Aviation Careers", they are in Oklahoma. At that location, even HR doesn't know your score. The scoring is very secretive, I think because they don't want the 2 applicant pools comparing scores. HR in DC MIGHT know, but ehy would never tell you.
