Hiring Bid Air Traffic Control Specialist - Trainee: FAA-ATO-18-ALLSRCE-57792

If it was an email asking location it's usually 1-2 weeks before you get the next email from her.

I was emailed a week ago and still haven't heard back. It'll take some time.

Okay thanks I was freaking out thinking I replied too late

All good. It's actually kind of funny because she gives you time limits. "You have 5 days" and such meanwhile it takes their office months on end just to get you going.

I'm really hoping to receive the email for my release form in the next week and schedule my appointment. Probably won't get approved/denied until after the holiday season sadly.

So I was notified in mid April needing a Tier II. Still nothing, reached out to the person who notified me almost a month ago and he said that there is no updates and I need to wait. Emailed the medical email week after and nothing yet. Looks like it will be very long process :(. Anyone else still waiting for an email from "Hope" for their Tier II?

Also my understanding is you need a conditional security clearance before being scheduling your Tier 2 appointment. So maybe they’re waiting on that.

HR told me they received my clearances with the exception of medical. Then a few weeks later I found out about the Tier II.

I see, I know on the other thread there’s a few people still waiting for a appointment.

I was just cleared to schedule my appointment yesterday and to call and schedule.

It takes time so if you have ANYTHING in your criminal or medical history be ready with a personal statement and documentation. That's the part that takes the longest.

Anyone still going through the process? Just curious. I'm used to the waiting game but some days I just get very impatient.

Just finished the process last week after my deployment. Looks like I might get looped into the processing for this next bid. Hopefully that doesn’t slow it down.

Drove to Miami for my tier 2 appointment on Tuesday. The questions I flagged on I took too literal and for some reason answered yes to “smelling strange things” ? interviewed for about an hour then had to do a retake of the test. Hopefully I didn’t fake too good or flag on something else. The Dr. was hard to read so I guess I continue the waiting game.
I received an email saying I passed my tier 2 evaluation and to schedule another drug test!! What’s the timeline after this ?? If anyone knows.
