Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-19-ALLSRCE-61676

Has anyone else had an interview with an investigator and had their references contacted? Almost feels like I'm the only one for this bid.

Hopefully someone went through it and can tell me about how long the clearance could take?
My brother was contacted and will be having an in person interview with an investigator this week. I have a suspicion as to why, but I was very transparent and forthcoming in my eQIP so I'm not concerned. I already have conditional clearance as well, so there's that.

Has anyone had a hard time getting straight answers about their MMPI results?
I spoke to my hr rep and she said my security was cleared but they were waiting on medical so I called my medical poc who only said my chart was with the flight surgeon waiting for review. I’m not sure if I should be worried or not
My MMPI-2 was 01/03 and my last medical docs were submitted 01/27 for time reference.

Pretty sure that your information doesn't reach the flight surgeon if you're Tier 2, so I wouldn't worry if I were you.

My medical rep did tell me that I passed my drug and MMPI though.

Are you sure? I was told the FS decides if you're Tier II after they review your MMPI

Emailed medical and turns out they haven't received any drug test results from over three weeks ago. Medical said they're keeping an eye out for the results but it doesn't make me feel optimistic.

I recently passed medical. Haven’t heard anything from my HR rep since December. I’ve emailed my rep two or three of times, and have never got a response. Only from another hr rep that sent me my CIL. I guess the next time I hear from the rep is for a class date. I wonder why some reps choose not to respond

Try calling the drug testing facility. I remember someone earlier in this thread and an issue regarding the drug test and having to retake it.

I've been told that I passed the MMPI before the FS reviewed it lol.... we may never know who is right!

Considering the test is a electronic multiple choice it wouldn't surprise me if they scored it instantly lol

I was told immediately after finishing the MMPI that I had passed. I don't know how much weight that held at the time but it felt good.

I emailed my medical POC like 3 days after my mmpi because it was eating me up inside and he got back to me within an hour saying I had passed. I would think they would know your results/score instantly but maybe they're backed up right now? Idk

Dual citizenship here. I had my interview with the investigator. 2 of the people I put as references also had interviews last week.

Have you had an interview?

Nope. They never said anything about an interview. I emailed my security person and she gave me a brief call and emailed me a questionnaire afterwards. Nothing since then.

Different bid but I have dual citizenship and now other people as well. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

How long did it take for you / the others to finally get cleared? Did they contact your reference and did you also get an interview?

The drug test facility said they send FAA tests to a lab, and when i asked medical for the lab contact info they said sometimes results take awhile and they'd keep an eye out. I'll just go with that for now but it's an odd hold-up.

No interview and no one was contacted. I didn't live in the US at the time and neither did any of my references. Applied in August of '16 and got a date February of '18.

I think what they meant was that your answers were "acceptable". My proctor said something along the same lines and I said something like "oh I didn't know it was scored immediately". To which he explained that you can skip questions during the test but there is either a minimum number of questions you need to answer or a group of questions that you have to answer, I forget which. So if you don't meet that criteria then you will most likely have to answer the questions you skipped

Just got done taking the MMPI-2 at Atlanta Center. The test sucked. End of story. The center was awesome though. The sup was super friendly and even let me sit down with the controllers for about an hour and listen in on the operations.

Keep refreshing my email every day now and getting disappointed every time lol.

I finished all my CIL stuff 20 days ago, looking back at class date posts a lot of people are showing roughly 2 weeks from finishing of CIL to class date.

My MMPI had to be rescheduled due to the proctor having a family emergency the day of my original test and I emailed my rep to tell them and also asked to ensure the MMPI was all I had left to do. The rep said they did receive my drug test and security clearance.

Hopefully any day now.
