It will be a quick checkout from the time you start training. If the directive says that we train on the traffic we have, then most people will check out at minimums. At least at the facilities that are still running 5/10 or 5/5. Im just talking about training hours, not training time with delays in there.
yeah that's not how it's gonna work in reality. In reality trainers who remember the old traffic will probably not be handing out recommends until the final hour in order to stretch out the delay as much as possible. Do you see the attitude of most CPCs on here? They don't even want trainees at work, they aren't gonna be happy about training them and they're going to be ESPECIALLY pissed people are certifying on low traffic. That line in the memo is nothing more than a CYA for the agency so that the expectation is set and management has something to stand on.
