Why are you making this so complicated? The only people coming back are the one’s that already have at least one position qualification. Why would they be on office hours when they can work on position?

Well, for what it's worth, her rep got back to her and said he isn't sure but doesn't think the recall applies to her or the others in her Rschool class. He acted pretty blindsided and said hopefully he'd know more soon.

There were people who fell through the cracks in June that didn’t come in for their 120 days. They have been out 240+ days since working. That waiver is not for that. That waiver is for the transition from the old training order to the new training order.
